Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Sales Supervisor to join the team at their Beverly Hills location.
Job Duties Include:
- Manage and motivate team of sales associates
- Act as strong assistant to Store Manager
- Gift wrapping, replenishing product on sales floor, maintaining visual standards
- Assist with inventory and replenishment
- Communicate the company’s values and brand philosophy to customers
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company
- Adhere to standards for store and product presentation
Job Qualifications Include:
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Luxury or contemporary experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clientelling and an established client book
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
Salary: $28-$30/hr + commission
