Our client, global luxury menswear brand, is looking to hire a Sales Associate to join the team at retail location at Belmont Park Village.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately in an ongoing capacity. Candidates must be able to work a full-time, 40 hours per week, retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals across all timeframes
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Maintain strong product and brand knowledge, staying current on trends, inventory, and key items
- Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and timely processing of shipments
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- At least 1+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Ability to identify new clients through personal and professional networks
- Skilled in building client relationships, product knowledge, sales, and a proactive approach
- Well-organized, self-driven, and good with people
- Confident, professional, able to work independently; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $22 - $24/hour + Commission
