Our client, a luxury bedding brand, is looking to hire a Retail Marketing Manager to join the team at their NYC or Summit, NJ office. This is a full-time opportunity with hybrid schedule which requires 2x in office. Candidates must be able to travel to new store openings as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop marketing campaigns tailored to each store's audience, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across locations
- Execute New Store Opening strategies and client activation strategies in partnership with retail teams and cross-functional marketing organization
- Plan, manage, and execute in-store and community events to increase customer engagement, visibility, and sales (including launch events, promotions, and community organization, etc.)
- Monitor the effectiveness of retail marketing efforts and analyze business ROI.
- Work closely with the retail leadership, operations, merchandising, and customer service teams
- Regular travel to store locations to manage events
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in retail marketing or brand management, previous event management experience
- Ability to travel for new store openings and as needed with flexible hours
- Experience with data-driven marketing and performance analysis
Salary: $75k -1$30k annually + bonus
