REMOTE Temp Sales Assistant

Our client, an accessories brand, is hiring a Temporary Sales Assistant to join their team in a remote capacity. This is a temporary position that will continue for 8 weeks with the potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.

 

Job Duties Include:

  • Process customer orders according to established procedures
  • Assist team with order revisions, including cancellations, price updates, color changes, etc.
  • Assist customers regarding reorders, returns, and other queries
  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, including order pricing and style descriptions
  • Assist with market preparation, sales meetings, and market recaps as needed
  • Organize and maintain sample archives and ensure samples are prepped and clean
  • Manage system to ensure information is accurate regarding inventory and creation of new collections
  • Refresh and maintain home and hero images on the site regularly
  • Create and distribute seller reports
  • Collaborate with the operations team to provide team with information for processing shipments and orders
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

 

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of wholesale experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formula knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to be proactive when needed

 

Salary: $25 - $26/hr
