Office Coordinator

Our client, global luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire Temporary Office Coordinator to join the team onsite at their retail location in New York City.  

This is a full-time, temporary position starting immediately for an ongoing assignment that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week in office 5 days per week Monday-Friday.

Job Duties Include: 

  • Achieve sales goals through personalized service, upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship building
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, warmly welcoming employees, clients, and guests while maintaining a polished and professional presence
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supply inventory, coordinating with facilities for maintenance needs, and supporting HR with new hire onboarding
  • Provide administrative support such as invoice processing, calendar scheduling, presentation preparation, and coordinating in-office events
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include: 

  • Previous experience in an office coordinator, receptionist, or administrative support role
  • Experience in a fashion, creative, or corporate environment preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and follow through on deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and corporate etiquette suited for a front-facing role

Salary: $25 - $28 per hour
