Marketing Analyst, Healthcare

Our client, a growing online specialty retailer, is looking for a Marketing Analyst, Healthcare to join their team in Boston on a hybrid schedule. This person will be responsible for creating and assessing customer forecasts within various healthcare categories, delivering regular performance reports to keep stakeholders informed, and supporting the development of marketing analyses and strategies to drive growth in healthcare retail.

Job Duties Include:

  • Partner to build and evaluate customer forecasts across healthcare retail, including acquisition, churn, and reactivation
  • Deliver recurring performance reporting to cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance across healthcare marketing initiatives, leveraging specific campaign KPIs
  • Perform analyses of marketing channels, with a focus on email and direct mail programs
  • Develop and present written summaries of marketing performance and customer forecasting to support planning and executive reporting
  • Facilitate data alignment discussions, driving agreement on consistent data sources and reporting methodologies
  • Collaborate with marketing science to lead the strategy and execution of Tableau dashboard reporting
  • Assess the business impact of relevant marketing efforts on conversion and performance within the pharmacy vertical
  • Conduct audits of campaign effectiveness and provide trend analyses across relevant segments to identify new opportunities and drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with media planning and analytics partners to design and execute structured testing guide future strategies
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing analytics or eCommerce analytics role, ideally with experience in web and app-based analytics
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and working with large, complex data sets
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with experience analyzing a variety of channels (hands-on campaign management not required)
  • Experience in structured testing methodologies, with the ability to analyze incrementality and cross-channel dynamics
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and present findings clearly to leadership
  • Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to identify performance trends and proactively recommend optimization strategies

Salary:$30-31/hr
