Our client, a high-end contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Key Holder to join the team at their store located in the Miami Design District. Candidates must be available to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. This is a full time temporary position that will begin in September and continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Offers will be extended in August with training potentially in NYC.
Job Duties Include:
- Act as Manager on duty if SM and ASM are not in store including completing opening/closing duties, scheduling needs, etc.
- Deliver personalized client experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve personal and store sales targets
- Make suggestions on outfits based on customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Resolve concerns as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by ensuring clean and organized sales floor and fitting room
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail
- Luxury experience preferred
- Track record of driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to strategize, work with agility, and implement practical business practices
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $28 - $30/hr + commission
