Our client, global beauty leader, is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, 5 days per week role supporting their operations at their Edison warehouse.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure WMS users remain productive by maintaining smooth system operations and resolving disruptions
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, reprocess documents, and follow up with relevant parties
- Reconcile inventory quantities and transactions between systems to ensure timely order processing
- Support and troubleshoot IT hardware, including computers, scanners, network connections, etc.
- Maintain issue and task logs, implement preventative solutions, and perform testing
- Generate reports to evaluate inventory, productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party consultants
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience with BC WMS in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of BC warehouse setup (locations, zones, bins, process flows)
- Experience with Insight Works Advanced WMS or Lanham ACE Warehousing (including RF scanner use)
- Proficiency with Lanham E-Ship and E-Receive (especially Pack Line Scanning and Receive Line Scanning)
- Familiarity with Lanham EDI for XML integration with SAP ERP is preferred
- Basic troubleshooting experience with desktop/laptop hardware and network devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
Salary: $80k - $90k annually
