High Volume Recruiter

Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring a High Volume Recruiter to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary role that will begin immediately and continue through the end of the year.

 

Job Duties Include:

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions with a focus on hourly, entry level and low complexity roles
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate, schedule interviews, and manage communication
  • Implement and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and provide timely updates/feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and provide updates on recruitment metrics
  • Work closely with team to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

 

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience using Google/G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting

 

Salary: $31.95 - $35.50/hr
