Our client is hiring Head of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to join their team in a remote capacity. Candidates should be strong leaders with strategic and hands-on experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Job Duties include:
- Manages worldwide payroll, with a strategic focus on refining service delivery models via system and process improvements.
- Develops and implements policies to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and filing requirements, while upholding industry best practices.
- Design and execute a scalable compensation and benefits strategy that supports both immediate business needs and long-term talent growth.
- Lead compensation planning, including benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing, and incentive design.
- Oversee the development and administration of global benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with employee needs.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to align total rewards strategies with business goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise on compensation philosophy, practices, and policies across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits-related laws and reporting requirements.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including managing global programs.
- Proven ability to design and lead comprehensive total rewards strategies in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience implementing and managing compensation tools and systems.
- Effective communicator with a consultative approach and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Salary: $225k - $250k annually
