Our client, a hair care company, is hiring PT Selling Specialist for Texas. This person should have the availability to work 10 - 15 hours per week. This is a temporary position that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business.
We are looking for candidates in the following areas or people who can rotate between locations:
- San Antonio Metro
- Austin Metro
- Houston Metro
- DFW Metroplex
- El Paso Area
- South Texas
- West Texas
- Panhandle
Job Duties Include:
- Achieve sales targets by driving retail performance and implementing strategies within each retail partner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates across multiple location
- Maintain a strong presence in stores
- Monitor and report on competitive retail performance
- Schedule, plan, and execute training sessions, focus days, events, and brand initiatives at the store level
- Support product and marketing campaigns through customer interactions, training, and execution of visual directives
- Provide exceptional customer service to attract and retain clientele
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and maintain inventory and operational standards
- Prepare for store visits using approved tools and resources
- Complete all required reporting as needed
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive brand growth and sales performance
- Complete daily store visit feedback forms and communicate regularly with supervisor
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in a prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment
- Accountability, reliability, and strong time-management skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to report sales performance daily
- Goal-driven with the ability to multitask
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build business partnerships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility in work hours based on peak shopping times and promotional events
- Ability to stand for duration of shift & lift up to 50lbs.
Salary: $25.00 per hour plus selling bonuses
