Our client, a global leader in the beauty industry, is looking for a Temporary 2nd Shift E-commerce Supervisor for their Distribution Center in Cranbury, New Jersey. In this role, you’ll oversee daily picking activities, coach a dedicated team, and ensure
smooth order fulfillment to support our growing ecommerce operations .
2nd shift:
4:00pm-12:30am
Job Duties Include:
- Develop and implement wave scheduling criteria to optimize flow and balance workload within the picking operation
- Serve as Acting Picking Supervisor in the absence of the Picking Manager
- Continuously review wave performance and adjust plans to maintain efficiency
- Monitor productivity metrics regularly to ensure accuracy and meet operational goals
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members who are underperforming
- Manage ecommerce inventory and coordinate order processing to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain communication between shifts to guarantee seamless information flow
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
- Proven experience in production planning and team supervision (5+ years preferred)
- Proficient in warehouse management systems such as Manhattan SCALE and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with paperless RF picking systems and automated material handling equipment
- Current certifications in IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with major retailer routing guides and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.
Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 annual salary, paid weekly.
