Our client, a consumer goods brand, is hiring a full-time Creative and Design Manager to join their team. Preferably, candidates are to work a hybrid schedule based in Austin, TX but remote candidates are encouraged to apply as well. Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio showing their samples in graphic design and video work (eCommerce, social media, and advertising).
Job Duties Include:
- Oversee all omni-channel marketing creative, ensuring that the brand’s creative strategy is consistently expressed while thoughtfully adapted to the specific objectives, formats, and audience behaviors of each channel
- Manage the day-to-day flow of creative work—from intake and briefing to execution and delivery
- Lead a team of in-house and freelance designers, providing a creative direction and collaborative work environment
- Support and improve creative operations processes for better efficiency
- Work with marketing channel leads, brand marketing, and external agency partners to ensure integrated Marketing creative meets brand standards and channel strategy
Job Qualifications Include:
- 6+ years of hands on graphic design and video/photography experience
- Experience within high growth consumer goods brand in an omnichannel environment
- Experience managing and leading an in-house design team
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
Salary: $100 - $125k annually
