Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring an Advertising Supervisor to join their team in New York City on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
Job Duties Include:
- Serve as project manager on all tasks, responsibilities, special assignments, and projects for Advertising and Partnership teams ensuring brand standards are met
- Ensure budgets are followed and that decisions are made based on analysis and understanding
- Ensures that strategic goals are supported through the execution of all advertising activities across all media channels
- Evaluate all media plans are properly and ensure that appropriate optimizations are considered
- Manage entire media planning process, including negotiations, is handled with integrity and aligns with brand strategy
- Ensures deliverables by outside vendors are executed to the brand’s standard of excellence
- Monitor all media executions to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
- Communicate effectively with global teams and sponsoring team to ensure proper execution of media elements
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Strong knowledge of digital landscape and media partners is essential
- Strong analytical skills to provide support with strategic and qualitative reporting
- Ability to work with multiple teams within the department
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Excel and database knowledge
- Working knowledge of sports marketplace
- Understanding of advertising tools such as Vivvix, ComScore, Flashtalking and Rephonic
Salary: $94,000 - $130,000 annually
