Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a Temporary IT Technician (Level 2) to join the team onsite in New York, NY. This is a full-time, temporary position that will start immediately and continue for 3-6 months. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling to company warehouses in New York and New Jersey for on-site IT support.
Job Duties Include:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Handle all service requests in a timely and effective manner from warehouses, including setup of store workstations and relocation of IT devices.
- Manage backlog of incidents and requests, ensuring all tickets are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3 support teams.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably within office and warehouse environments.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- ServiceNow and ITSM tool experience is a MUST.
- PowerBI, Microsoft Office experience a plus.
- Committed to delivering high-quality service with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driver’s license and car for traveling to warehouses in the New York/New Jersey area.
Salary: $25-$35/hr paid weekly
