Our client, a luxury fashion house, is hiring a Client Service Advisor to join the team for a hybrid role in New York City.
This is a full-time temporary position looking to hire ASAP in an ongoing capacity with the potential to go permanent based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
* Manage 20-40 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat across North America and Canada.
* Resolve order-related issues including tracking, returns, shipping labels, and damaged merchandise.
* Deliver timely, professional support while handling a high-volume caseload.
* Assist customers with product, sizing, and fit questions, making retail or sales experience highly valuable.
* Provide a positive customer experience through effective problem-solving and communication.
Job Qualifications Include:
* Solutions oriented with strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Naturally empathetic, curious, and skilled at uncovering customer needs.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable home office setup with a strong, stable internet connection.
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding client information.
* Bilingual candidates are a plus, particularly those fluent in Portuguese or Spanish.
Salary:$24 - $26.50 per hour
