Our client, a  luxury fashion house, is hiring a temporary full-time  Operations Coordinator  for their fragrance pop-up at  Rockefeller Center in New York City  this holiday season!

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring operational excellence within the luxury fragrance pop-up environment. This position requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can manage the flow of merchandise from overseas shipment to shop floor execution. The Operations Coordinator will uphold brand standards in all operational areas, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and seamless coordination between the stockroom and sales floor.

Job Duties Include:

  • Receive, verify, and organize international shipments, ensuring order accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile data, and promptly report discrepancies or damages.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to maintain full product availability.
  • Collaborate with management and sales teams to support smooth operations and provide insights on stock trends and replenishment needs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Proven experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury or high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
  • Flexibility to support extended hours or weekend coverage during high-traffic periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Salary: $30-$35/hr
