Permanent Job Placements

Our recruiters are hired from specified backgrounds and have unique networks of talent for your open positions. This allows for selection and recruitment of candidates that not only match your job description, but are not active on job boards, and are within the top percentage of their respective companies. Once a top candidate has been identified by a recruiter, a full interview is conducted, and all candidates are either met in person, or via Skype/Video Conferencing. Then, we connect the dots from the candidate to the open position, noting applicable skills and requirements listed. Should the client require skills that can be tested for measure, Pyramid will complete typing tests, Excel tests and compile writing samples or portfolios for client consideration in the submission process. When a strong interest is displayed in the candidate, we will also complete reference checks with previous supervisors to the selected candidate.

Temporary Job Placements

Whether coverage for a medical leave, assistance with ad hoc projects, additional floor support for peak retail times, assist in headcount or divisional budgets, temporary employee hiring is something Pyramid Consulting Group can provide to employees at a moment’s notice. Promoting competent and motivated temporary employees starts within the interview process, we identify candidates qualified for such roles on a permanent level, but are open to temporary or freelance roles.  Reference checks are completed from the candidate’s previous supervisors, and background checks are processed if requested by the vendor. Each temporary employee is on-boarded to our own guidelines, as well as any vendor requirements. In the past, we have completed basic new hire trainings, issued dress code requirements, customer service guidelines and provided work schedules.

Frequently, temporary employees may be chosen to receive a permanent offer of employment after the duration of the assignment. This process will also be closely partnered with Pyramid Consulting Group to allow a seamless transition.
