Our client is a global leader in integrated circuits looking to add an Administrative Assistant to the President. This position is located in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistant with administrative tasks including, but not limited to filing, copying, etc.
- Schedule & coordinate meetings and events, making all required arrangements
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slides
- Answer & screen phone calls
Job Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree
- 2+ years prior administrative experience
- Answer & screen phone calls
- Strong Excel and Word document skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
