Our client is a global retail brand looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to their team.

Job Description:

· Handle full cycle of recruitment for corporate and creative openings

· Build solid relationships with hiring managers

· Work with Directors and HR Manager to develop hire plans

· Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews

· Update the recruitment tracking and open positions report on a weekly basis

· Represent rag & bone at industry recruitment events

· Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

· Develop creative recruitment strategies

· Manage applicant tracking system

Job Qualifications:

· 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience

· Experience recruiting in house for a fashion brand and for both creative and business openings

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to balance multiple demands in a fast paced environment

· Experience handling 15 + openings concurrently
