Our client is a non-profit social service organization looking to add Yardi Programmers to their growing team.

Job Description:

·        Offer technical support and training for Yardi /FAS databases, Yardi Portal, web servers and support staff

·        Diagnose and fix general IT issues pertaining to Yardi Classic, Professional and Voyager

·        Maintain databases, create new users/groups, control individual/group permissions, monitor database performance and nightly/monthly jobs

·        Perform menu modifications, database testing, backups and restorations

·        Install Plug Ins and Service Pack upgrades

·        Work in conjunction with third party vendors to integrate their product with Yardi 

·        Provide training to on-site personnel including support staff. Provided training to off-site personnel via web-conferencing software

Job Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in related field

·        Prior experience executing training programs preferred

·        Ability to work with minimal supervision

·        Familiarity with Yardi software required
