These position require at least three years of hiring experience. Likewise, national staffing experience is a huge plus. We’ll want you to have outstanding follow up skills and the ability to pay attention to detail. Some of the daily activities you will engage in with this role are as follows:

  • Generate new business and re-established inactive relationships through vigorous marketing
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios, in addition to skill assessment
  • Recruit retail professionals for positions within the retail industry by direct sourcing calls, networking and Internet research
  • Maintain strong client partnership through continued follow-up
  • Additionally, build a network of top talent for future opportunities

Senior Recruiter, Finance and Accounting Division

If you have a Bachelor’s Degree or additionally, relevant work experience in recruiting or sales, check out this position! More importantly, we’re seeking candidates with connections in the finance world. Furthermore, this role requires you to:

  • Utilize relationships with clients and candidates to network and grow business
