In June 2003, Allyson Goodman founded Pyramid Consulting Group. With a background in Human Resources and Recruitment, as well as a degree in Organizational Leadership, Allyson has used her entrepreneurial spirit along with her love of recruitment to form one of the fastest growing staffing and recruiting agencies in New York. After acquiring an Accounting and Finance firm in 2014, Allyson has made Pyramid Consulting Group a national, multi-divisional full service firm. She remains dedicated to working closely with her staff, sharing her advice and knowledge to help nurture the client and candidate relationship.
With over 10 years of experience in Senior Retail Management in the Fashion Industry, Erika Mendez joined Pyramid Consulting Group as a recruiter in late 2009. Erika quickly grew into a leadership role, forming and managing the Fashion Division, which to date is the company’s largest division. Currently, Erika holds the role of Vice President, developing the extensive recruiting team and growing the divisions while also balancing client and candidate relationships. Erika focuses on team development and in-the-moment training to ensure the company core values are part of the daily practice.
