Laura Menezes
is our Assistant Vice President of Client Experience who began her career within luxury retail. After managing high performing store teams and a NYC Flagship, Laura decided to take her expertise to a new space and joined PCG. With her knowledge of retail and fashion, Laura excelled in recruitment and took on client management to broaden her skillset. With a love for relationship building, Laura used her existing network and referrals, and signed on several well-known startup companies seeing support for their high-speed growth in temp, temp to perm, and permanent needs. As a business partner, Laura assists clients with developing personalized staffing solutions to find the best talent across the US. She continues to build and place her pipeline of talent in roles within Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, eCommerce, Admin, and Accounting/Finance.
